Berry is for small & medium businesses that need to organize and have an employee data overview. Berry app is an HR app & vacation tracking tool that offers customers to gather all significant data in one place. We deliver an app focused on human values, positioning an employee at the center.
Berry’s greatest value is that it gathers employees in one place and provides easy access to all employee data, allows everyone to keep up with the celebrations (birthdays/anniversaries) in your company and schedule company holidays.
It depends on the size of the company and the number of employees, but it generally takes an hour or two to fully implement Berry at your organization and get to know how features work on Berry. You can use the User Guide to help with this process. In the first days, the employees can already see all the values of Berry, the connection with other employees and insight into all important information.

The first step is to add employees, then it is necessary to create employee profiles and add information about them, but you can do this later. After that, it is necessary to enter the holidays, the number of vacation days that the employees have per year. The employee does not have any setting process, the user can only enter or change the profile photo.
Your request will be seen by your manager and all administrators. The exception is that your manager receives a notification when you make a request.
Users with an Employee role can only see a limited amount of information and those are first and last name, mobile phone, work email and birthday. On the other side, Admins and Account Owner can add, edit, and delete data.

We also regularly conduct security audits and penetration testing to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities in our system.
